3. Payment: 
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental including 12.5% hotel tax is required to confirm your reservation. We accept PayPal, credit cards via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and personal checks.The balance of the rental amount and tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival. We will email you a notice of receipt of payment.
 

4. Other Travel Information: 
If possible we suggest that you choose a flight that arrives arly enough in the afternoon to allow several hours for travel time to St. John, picking up your vehicle and a leisurely check in at the house.
We suggest that you schedule your departure flight time from St. Thomas no earlier than 10:00 AM to allow time to catch to the 6:00 AM ferry and taxi to the airport, unless you intend to stay on St. Thomas the night before your flight. We also suggest that you make your vehicle reservation at the same time you reserve your flights and the villa.
